You're eligible after one month of employment for:
PPO Plan through Blue Cross/Blue Shield of NE. Centris pays large portions of the employee’s single and family health insurance premiums. The employee must contribute $16.88 per pay period for individual coverage and $137.90 per pay period for family coverage.
Centris pays a large portion of the premium for both employee and family insurance each month. For single dental coverage, the employee must contribute $1.00 per pay period. For family coverage, the employee must contribute $5.00 per pay period.
Centris offers low group rates for Cancer, Intensive Care, Heart Attack and Heart Stroke.
You're eligible after six months of employment for:
Regular full-time employees and part-time employees who work a minimum of twenty (20) hours per week will be covered, at no expense to the employee, by a $50,000 term life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance policy, and by short-term disability and long-term disability plans.
Centris pays 60% of an employee's wages if they are out sick for longer than two weeks.
Centris pays 60% of an employee's wages after they have been out sick longer than six months.
Centris has a defined benefit pension plan that secures a retirement future when the employee reaches age 65. Contributions are paid 100% by Centris. Employee is fully vested after five years of employment.

Centris offers to the employees the opportunity to set aside money for their retirement future.
Centris offers 100% reimbursement of tuition for undergraduate courses for full-time employees and 50% tuition reimbursement for part-time employees, up to two classes (9 credit hours per semester).
One week after six months, a second week after one year, two weeks for two through seven years, and three weeks after seven years of service.
