How to Report Fraud

If you feel that you are the victim of account fraud or identity theft, act immediately. This will help minimize damage to your personal accounts and credit rating.

Reporting Fraud on Your Centris Account

If you suspect fraudulent activity on your Centris accounts, contact us right away. We know this can be an unpleasant experience, but we can help in getting your finances back on track.

Check Fraud

Please contact us immediately if:

  • Your checks are stolen or lost or you do not receive your Centris statement within the standard delivery time.
  • You see transactions on your Centris OnLine account or Centris statement that don't appear to be legitimate.

Debit Card Fraud

Please contact us immediately if:

  • Your ATM/Debit card is lost or stolen.
  • You see transactions on your Centris OnLine account or Centris statement that don't appear to be legitimate.

You may call duing business hours 800-334-2328 or in Omaha 334-7000 and after business hours 800-535-8440; or you may stop into any of our branches.

Credit Card Fraud

Please contact us immediately if:

  • Your Credit Card is lost or stolen. Call 24 hours a day 800-477-0227.
  • You see transactions on your Centris Credit Card Access statement that don't appear to be legitimate. Call 24 hours a day 800 604-0380.
