Security

Keeping security in mind, AccessLine uses Personalized Authorization Codes to prevent anyone from accessing your account without your approval.

Savings and Checking Withdrawals

You can withdraw money over the phone by simply entering the amount needed and a check payable to the primary account holder will be mailed to the address on file at Centris Federal. The check will be mailed the next business day.

Placing a Stop Payment

When you place a stop payment on a check, your account will be charged the credit union's current fees for placing a stop payment on a check.

Calculating Loan Payments

This transaction will help you calculate monthly payments for a loan. By entering the principle and interest rate, AccessLine will give you the estimated monthly payment amount.

Verification Numbers

A Verification number is given at the end of each AccessLine call, which acts as a receipt. This number is to be kept for your records. The financial transaction will appear on your monthly statement.

Transfers

Transfer of funds can be made two ways:

  • between sub-accounts within a single main account
  • cross account between two different main accounts

To perform Cross Account Transfers you must first complete the Cross Account Transfer Verification form and return it to any Centris location or mail it to the address listed on the form. Please allow 7 business days for mail delivery and processing.

Account/Sub-Account Numbers

When using AccessLine, both the account number and corresponding sub-account (suffix) numbers are needed to complete AccessLine transactions.

Each monthly statement you receive constitutes one account. The account number is located in the upper right hand corner. The sub-accounts are located in the left hand column of the statement. Below is a list of sub-account numbers:
