My name is PK Kopun and I’d like to welcome you to Centris Mortgage!

In 1994 I did my very first home loan and have been doing them ever since. That’s over 20 years in the mortgage industry and it is still as exciting as it was that very first day.

I enjoy helping people through the home‐buying process because there is constantly changing information, rules, numbers, and forms. It is great to be able to simplify all of that so that our members can understand the process and make informed decisions about their home financing. Helping them put all the pieces of the puzzle together so they get the home of their dreams is very exciting to me.

Our interest rates are very competitive and our service is personal and caring, with our members’ best interest in mind.

Over the years I’ve enjoyed belonging to the Omaha Area Board of Realtors where I teach new realtors about FHA home financing. And just recently I had the honor of being named to the Nebraska Mortgage Association’s (NMA*) Circle of Champions. My passion is networking and I enjoy being a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) and the Millard Business Association.

Potential homebuyers should work with me for my extensive knowledge of home loan products and the home buying process. I listen first to their needs and desires. Then, I structure their home loan financing to best meet their financial goals. I care about my members and their financial well‐being and I know how to structure their loan so they get the best option for financing every time.
