How to Access Your Account
Keep your finances at your fingertips with our multiple banking options.Â
Online Banking
- If you are locked out of your online account, you must wait one hour before attempting to login again. If you need immediate assistance, call 402-334-7000.
- To change your password, login to your online banking account, go to Settings and click on Security Preferences.
- To access your mortgage account, click the mortgage tile on your account summary page.
- To access your Visa credit card account, click on ‘Credit Cards’ in the menu.

Mobile Banking
Download our mobile banking application and receive all the features of online banking including mobile deposits from your smartphone or tablet.

- If you have enrolled in online banking and can’t remember your password, select ‘Forgot your password?’ on the app login screen.
- If you would like to change your password for security purposes, log in to your mobile banking account, go to Menu, Settings, and click on Security preferences. Select Change Password.

By Phone
Call 402-758-6000 to utilize our automated system, in English or Spanish, to check your balance, review transaction history, or complete transfers. You may obtain a personal identification number (PIN) from any teller or service representative.
Call 402-758-6500 to talk to a representative in our contact center. Our team is available to assist you during the following business hours:
- Monday-Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Did you know we have a Community Room at our headquarters that you can rent for meetings and events? The room is 2,065 square feet total, and we have three options available for space rental, depending on how many people you need to accommodate and the seating style you’re looking for.
