Meet the Experts

Ronny Miller – 

Ronny Miller, CFP^®, has worked in financial services for 30 years. He has spent 27 of those years with Gallup Federal Credit Union, and for the past 8 years he has also served as an investment adviser representative with Guide Rock Capital Management, Inc. Along the way, Ronny has learned that good financial planning is less about numbers on a page and more about understanding what matters most to the people he works with.

Ronny works with people approaching retirement, business owners, and entrepreneurs who are navigating major transitions and want a clear plan. He grew up in Arapahoe, Nebraska, where he learned the value of hard work and keeping your word, and he has called Omaha home for more than 20 years. Whether he’s helping someone map out the path to retirement or think through the future of a business, his focus is on helping people understand their options and make informed decisions.

Josh Planos – Better Business Bureau

Josh Planos serves as the Vice President of Marketing, Communications and Public Relations for the Better Business Bureau of the Midwest Plains, leading the organization’s marketing initiatives, internal and external communications, and consumer protection and community impact programs.

Ashley Goodsell (Ash) – Centris Federal Credit Union

Ash Goodsell is a senior BSA fraud investigator at Centris Federal Credit Union in Omaha, Neb. Ashley has been in her role at Centris for over seven years and has ten years of law enforcement experience. She received her bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Iowa and her Master of Public Administration in law from the University of Phoenix. Ashley has a passion for educating Centris members about fraud and contributes her insights regularly to the Centris Member Protection Center. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her kids at various sporting events, reading crime books, and listening to podcasts.
