Bringing Your Mortgage Closer to Home
At Centris Federal Credit Union, we’re committed to providing our members with the best possible experience. As part of that commitment, we’re transitioning the mortgage account services that support your loan, including payment processing, escrow administration, and member support, from Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. (DMI) to Member Mortgage Services (MMS) this fall.
Your mortgage loan remains with Centris, and we’re committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. We do not anticipate any disruption to your mortgage account. Please review the FAQs below to learn what this change means for you, what to expect during the transition, and whether you need to take any action.
FAQs
What changes are being made to mortgage servicing?
This fall, Centris Federal Credit Union (Centris) is enhancing its mortgage servicing experience by partnering with Member’s Mortgage Services (MMS) to provide mortgage payment processing and mortgage sub-servicing support.
Why is Centris making this change?
This enhancement will allow us to offer improved mortgage servicing technology, enhanced online account access, expanded self-service options, and an overall better member experience.
Who is Member Mortgage Services (MMS), and why were they chosen?
MMS is a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) that provides mortgage account services exclusively for credit unions. Centris has selected MMS to support mortgage payment processing, account servicing functions, and member support, while Centris remains your mortgage servicer.
Has my mortgage been sold or transferred to another lender?
No. Your mortgage loan has not been sold. This change only affects the platform that services your mortgage. Your loan terms, interest rate, payment obligations, and relationship with Centris will remain the same.
Will my mortgage loan number change?
No. Your mortgage loan number will remain the same.
How can I access my mortgage account information?
You will continue to access your mortgage information through Centris Online Banking. You will also have access to mortgage account information through the MMS mortgage portal and can contact MMS for mortgage account assistance on behalf of Centris.
Do I need to update my existing Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment?
No. If your payments are currently made electronically through a recurring automatic payment agreement signed with Centris/Dovenmuehle Mortgage Inc. (DMI), no action is required. Your existing payment information will be securely transferred from DMI to MMS.
Will my mortgage payment amount change?
No. Your regularly scheduled mortgage payment will not change because of this partnership transition. As always, payment changes related to escrow adjustments or other applicable loan terms may occur and will continue to be communicated in advance.
How can I make my mortgage payment?
Automatic Payments (ACH)
The easiest and most convenient way to make your mortgage payment is through automatic recurring payments. ACH payments help ensure you make your payment on time each month and require no additional action once set up.
Online
Access your mortgage through Centris Online Banking to make one-time payments, set up or manage ACH payments, make principal-only payments, and manage other loan functions.
