Hi, I’m Bryan Sedlacek!

With 25 years in mortgage lending, I’ve learned that a home loan isn’t just paperwork; it’s a big life moment. I genuinely care about the people I work with, and I take pride in being the kind of lender who’s easy to reach, keeps you informed, and treats your goals like they matter (because they do).

I earned my bachelor’s degree in finance from Wayne State College, and my approach is simple: I listen first, explain your options in plain language, and stay proactive so there are as few surprises as possible. My mission is to make the mortgage process simple and stress-free, guiding you step-by-step and celebrating with you when you become a homeowner. From our first conversation to closing day, I’ll help keep everything organized and moving smoothly so you always know what’s happening and what comes next.

Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and a loving father to my sons, Tyler and Trevor, and a stepdad to Cole. When I’m not working, you can usually find me traveling, playing golf, or cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
